Aunt Susan were already there. We left Friday at about 6:30. It was about a 2 hr. drive. We also took J.C., our dog. Mom & Dad took their trailor and 4-wheelers. Ten years ago my Aunt Lynda bought a little house that had been built by hand by my Great-Great Grandpa. The house had been abandoned and the north wall had fallen down. She hired a man who does restoration work for the church to restore it. It turned out beautiful. Now it is on the Historical Register of Utah. There are quite a few homes in Spring City that have been restored. Every Memorial weekend they open alot of the homes and you can tour through them. My Aunt had her home on the tour the first couple of years but it just too hard on my Grandma right now to open it up.

The house is so cute! It has all the modern amendities except t.v. & a telephone. Aunt Lynda also had a garage made the past couple of years so she could park inside and have more storage. It is really nice! Mom & Dad parked their trailor in the driveway and were able to plug into the garage. It was great! It is such a peaceful, quiet place to go. None of us wanted to come home on Monday! Joe & I have gone there a couple of times for a little getaway. We love it there!
L to R: Mom, Josh, Dad, Grandma Henderson, Aunt Lynda, Lukas, Aunt Susan
Front: Amanda, Noah

There is a little room upstairs that has two single beds. Lukas & Joe were up there playing Aunt Susan's Nintendo DS. They needed a little extra leg room;)

We went to the Spring City cemetery on Sunday to decorate family graves. My Aunt Lynda pointed out this one to us.

Orson Hyde had setteled and died in Spring City. We decided to do a little Geocashing while we were down there. The first one was found by my Mom right in the cemetery!

All the rest were found by Lukas. He is a Geocaching bird dog. We even told him to hang back and give someone else a chance. We all looked around for a while and then Joe looked at Lukas and he mouthed, "I found it." He felt bad. It was funny!

Dad had found a place up in the hills where the kids could drive the 4-wheelers so we took them up there Monday morning for a while before we had to leave. It was a great place and alot of fun! Amanda just screams the whole time she is riding. She loves to go fast!

Lukas was ready for inclement weather!

Joshua couldn't get enough!

Noah was loving it too!

Right as we were about to leave we had a huge hail storm. This is where it was sliding off the garage onto the ground. It was crazy!

On the way home we stopped in Nephi and put flowers on Grandma Rosie's (Joe's Mom) grave. We don't get down that way very often so it worked out great! We had a fabulous weekend with fabulous family! Thanx to everyone!
