First and foremost I wanted to wish my Mom & Dad a Happy 47th Anniversary! Their Anniversary was on Feb. 17th but our computer died last weekend. Another reason for my behindedness! Anyway, 47 years if a freakin' long time!! I am just so thankful that I have two great parents that still love each other and have powered through the rough waters of marriage. We just have to enjoy the smooth sailin' when we get it! Thank you for your neverending example of patience, love, faith and fortitude! Here's to Eternal Famiies! They ROCK!!

DOG FOR SALE!! Last Friday afternoon Joe & I went and saw "Fool's Gold" for our Valentine date. The kids had beat us home by about 5 min. and when we pulled in the garage Noah came bolting out the door in a panic and said, "When you go inside you might, um, you will probably, um....scream." My mind is racing at this point as to what could have possibly gone wrong in the 5 min. they had been home!?! Well I forgot about the naughty toddler who stays home alone! JC! Apparently she wanted some of Lukas' birthday cake!
She knocked over the cake saver on the cupboard (amazingly the lid fell on the tile floor and did not break...yet)...

She had her feast of birthday cake all over the kitchen and then proceeded to push the glass lid down the stairs to the tile landing. The lid did not survive the fall and there was chocolate frosting and broken glass everywhere!
Crime Scene pics:

She also decided to help herself to Noah's valentines...

And then she tries to look all innocent...

I really hope she lives a long time because she is the first and last dog the Seward's will ever have! I never really wanted a dog but Joe insisted and it was the ONLY thing Noah asked for for his last b-day and guess who JC loves....ME! I don't get it! She is a love when she's not barking at me for attention or being naughty!
Saturday we took Lukas and his friends to the movie "Spiderwich Chronicles" for his birthday. We had a really fun time! Lukas has great friends!

Tuesday I hosted Bunco at my house and a little angel came and cleaned my house for me that day! Karey in in our ward and she is a sweetheart! She approached Joe before Valentines Day and told him that she wanted to come clean the house for me for his Valentines gift to me...for FREE! (she cleans houes as a PT job) She asked him which day would be best and he told her that it would be great if she could come the day that I host Bunco, so she did! It was such a stress reliever and just a unbelievably nice thing to do! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Lastnight was our Blue & Gold Banquet for scouts. Joe is the Pack Committee Chair something or other and I am the Wolf den assistant(Noah's den). The theme was Chinese New Year so we had dinner catered by Eastern Winds and made dragon masks, paper lanterns and fortune cookie neckerchief slides. It was quite festive! Everyone put alot of work into it and it turned out great! Lukas got his Arrow of Light and crossed over to Boy Scouts. He was proud of himself! He did a great job! Thanx to all his leaders who helped him!

One of these things is not like the others...

And the best news of all is that JOE GOT A JOB!!! He is now a Project Manager for E.K. Bailey! We don't know alot of the details yet but we are thrilled! I feel like I have just finished running a 3 month marathon! Thank you so much to all our family and friends for all of your love, support, concern & prayers! We never could have survived this without YOU!! Prayers are answered. Miracled do happen!

Sounds like you've been busy! But having a lot of fun. We don't have a dog yet, but I know my time is almost up at being "dog free". She/He sure is a cute dog, though. Congrats on Joe getting a job, what a stress reliever! Theron was very impressed with the work he did for him..Good Luck!
Thank you darlin' for the sweet words about your dad and me. From the beginning of time our children have been the most important part of us. Now our grandchildren are the "CAT MEOW", and you know how we love cats. For the record we are planning on some long and wonderful years together.
We TOTALLY know about those "innocent" doggies... we have to sweet and innocent dogs! Miss you guys and we definitely need a 6 Nimmt night!
